Ground Beef Stroganoff

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 - 3/4 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. beef bouillon granules
2 Tbsp. ketchup
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1 1/4 cups milk
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 cup sour cream

INSTRUCTIONS:
In a skillet over medium heat saute ground beef an onion; drain fat.  Stir in garlic powder, pepper, bouillon, ketchup, soup, milk, and mushrooms.  Simmer for 15 minutes; stir occasionally.  Mix in sour cream.  Serve over noodles or rice.

Yield:  4-6 servings.
